It’s time to follow your heart and take care of it so that it continues to take care of you. Heart disease is the leading killer of women of color and one way to reverse that statistic is to take control and make sure that you’re consuming enough healthy fat each day. Despite popular beliefs, all fats are not harmful to our waistline nor our heart. Using the right combination of ingredients, you can blend up smoothies that are delicious, nutritious and heart-healthy.
